DDP Shipping Worldwide

Every order ships DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. That means customs duties, import VAT, and any other border fees are pre-paid before your package leaves Japan. The package arrives at your door pre-cleared. No surprise charges. No held packages. No "your shipment is awaiting customs clearance — please pay $X to release" emails. This is the single biggest source of friction in international adult product shopping, and we eliminate it.

Discreet Packaging

Outer packaging is opaque with neutral commercial labeling. Customs declarations use generic product category descriptions consistent with each destination country's regulations. Brand and product imagery are never visible on the outer wrapping. We prioritize buyer privacy as a non-negotiable operational standard.

Our Story

We founded Onaholestore in 2022 in Shibuya, Tokyo.

The Japanese onahole category had developed over two decades into one of the most refined specialty markets in adult products. Manufacturers like Magic Eyes, Ride Japan, and NPG had been continuously iterating on products that simply didn't have equivalents in the global mass market — products that international buyers were genuinely interested in but couldn't reliably access.

The friction points were significant. Western retailers carried only a fraction of the Japanese catalog, often with markups that didn't reflect the actual product cost. Direct imports from Japan meant dealing with customs uncertainty, unpredictable shipping times, and the real possibility of receiving OEM lookalikes instead of the genuine Japanese-market SKU.
