At Onaholestore, every order ships directly from our Tokyo warehouse to customers across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping as standard, partner with two of the world's most reliable international couriers, and prioritize discreet packaging on every shipment.

DDP Shipping — Our Standard

Every Onaholestore order ships DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. This is the most important thing to understand about how we ship internationally.

DDP means we pre-pay customs duties, import VAT, and any other border fees on your behalf before your package leaves Japan. When the package arrives at your country's border, it is pre-cleared. There are no surprise charges. No held packages. No "your shipment is awaiting customs clearance — please pay $X to release" emails.

The total amount you see at checkout is the total amount you pay. Product cost, shipping fee, and all applicable taxes and duties — combined into one transparent number. After checkout, there is nothing further to pay.

This is the single biggest source of friction in international adult product shopping, and DDP eliminates it.

Every shipment includes a tracking number. You will receive this via email as soon as your order is dispatched from our Tokyo warehouse, and you can track your package directly on the carrier's website using this number.

For high-value orders, shipping insurance is available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order if you'd like to add insurance coverage.

Dispatch Schedule

We ship from our Tokyo warehouse on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays).

Most in-stock orders: dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
Larger or specialty orders: dispatched within 2-10 business days
Out-of-stock items: we will notify you with an updated dispatch date as soon as restock is confirmed

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing it. We can confirm exact dispatch timing for the specific products in your cart.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order leaves the warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times by Region

After dispatch from Tokyo, the following are realistic transit windows we observe in practice. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier service tier you select at checkout and your destination country's customs processing speed.

North America

United States (East and West Coast): 5-8 business days
Canada: 5-9 business days

Europe

United Kingdom: 6-9 business days
European Union (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, and others): 6-10 business days

Asia

Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia: 3-5 business days
South Korea, Taiwan: 4-6 business days
Other Asia destinations: 5-8 business days

Oceania

Australia: 4-7 business days
New Zealand: 5-8 business days

If your country isn't listed but is supported by FedEx International or DHL Express Worldwide, we likely ship there. Contact us for a specific delivery estimate.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes — Pre-Paid via DDP

All customs duties and import taxes are handled automatically at checkout. The total amount displayed on the payment screen is the all-in delivered cost: product cost, shipping fee, and all applicable taxes and duties combined.

After checkout, there are no further payments. Your package arrives at your door pre-cleared.

Regional compliance

European Union: We are compliant with the EU IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) framework for smooth customs clearance into all EU member states. VAT is collected at checkout and remitted in accordance with IOSS rules.
United Kingdom: VAT is collected at checkout and remitted to HMRC.
Australia, Canada, Singapore, and other destinations: Equivalent local tax handling applies and is included in the checkout total.
United States: Personal-use shipments typically fall within de minimis thresholds; any applicable duty is pre-paid via DDP.

This is what DDP means in practice: predictable, transparent, no surprises.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

Destination country
Package weight and dimensions
Carrier service tier (Standard, Priority, or Express)

The displayed shipping cost reflects actual carrier rates plus the DDP customs duty pre-payment, so what you see at checkout is what you pay. There are no hidden fees or post-checkout charges.

For most orders to North America, Europe, Asia, or Oceania, shipping costs fall within a transparent range determined by the carrier and destination.

Discreet Packaging

Every order ships in discreet packaging. This is a non-negotiable operational standard.

Outer packaging: Plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of adult contents
Brand visibility: No brand or product imagery on the outer wrapping
Customs declaration: Generic product category descriptions consistent with each destination country's regulations
Billing statement: Charges appear from a discreet merchant name with no reference to product category
Return address: Our Tokyo warehouse address with neutral business naming

Inside the discreet outer packaging, your product arrives in its original manufacturer packaging, sealed and undamaged.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all countries supported by FedEx International or DHL Express Worldwide, with the following important exceptions.

Restricted Destinations

We cannot currently ship to:

United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Saudi Arabia
Qatar
Other countries where adult products are subject to strict import restrictions or prohibition

If you are located in a restricted destination, our system will display a notice at checkout and prevent the order from being placed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Age Restriction

Sales to individuals under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older. We may, at our discretion, request age verification documentation for any order, especially for higher-value purchases.

Quantity Restrictions

Some destinations have personal-import quantity limits that may affect adult product orders. If your order exceeds the personal-import threshold for your destination, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss options or split the shipment if appropriate.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

Email notification with carrier name and tracking number
Direct tracking link to FedEx or DHL's tracking page
Status updates at each major milestone — dispatched, in transit, customs clearance, out for delivery, delivered

You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on our website and visiting the Orders Tracking page.

If your tracking number stops updating or shows an unusual delay, contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier directly.
