The A-One Gyaru Fella is an oral-simulation onahole from Japanese manufacturer A-One, designed around a dual-action interior that combines cheek pressure and tongue contact mechanics to replicate the sensation of a fellatio experience.

The interior reproduces soft, pliable cheek surfaces alongside a flexible tongue element positioned at mid-channel. As insertion depth increases, the cheek walls apply lateral compression while the tongue element delivers targeted friction against the underside.
