Ayako Inoue is the firmest and most immediately restrictive of Evedolls' Ideal Girlfriend lineup. Unlike the other pieces in the series which ease you into stimulation, Ayako's channel tightens sharply from the entrance — there is no gradual lead-in. This design suits users who prefer a high-grip experience from the first stroke rather than a progressive build.

The texture through the first and middle sections combines detailed, fine ridges with larger protrusions at irregular intervals. The fine ridges provide consistent base-level friction across the shaft; the larger protrusions add periodic pressure spikes against specific surface areas. This combination produces a varied sensation profile that does not become repetitive over extended sessions.

At the back of the channel is a double action cervix — a structure that creates two distinct points of resistance and stimulation at maximum depth. This dual cervix design is a step up in complexity from the single cervix used in other pieces in the series.
